Seedless Dried Red Chili Peppers - Do they exist?

I spend a lot of time deseeding these suckers and if I forget to bring gloves - lots of time trying to find ice for my hands.
Anyone know if there are dried chilies out there that are already deseeded, if they're costly and where I might find some in Calgary?

No there is no such thing as deseeded dried chiles. I wear disposable latex gloves when I am dealing with spicy peppers. If I decide to go for it without gloves I rub my hands with fresh lime or lemon juice and then wash with soap. It helps get rid of the sting.

i really doubt it... doesn't de-seeding kind of defeat the purpose of using dried chiles in the first place? if you're concerned about the 'heat,' why not just use less ground chile in the recipe?

or, you might try paprika in place of ground chiles... i'm not sure if they remove the seeds before grinding that, but it's sure red and i don't ever see any little specks of white (seeds) in there.
