HG has reinvented the cheesesteak. Instead of the usual shaved or thinly sliced meat on your sandwich, you get an intact ribeye steak. It is about a third of an inch thick and takes up the entire large sub roll. It doesn't look like it will work. I remember thinking to myself, "really? That steak is going to be tough. I don't know about this." But I'll be damned. That piece of meat was meltingly tender and had the advantage over the classic version of actually not having had its flavor cooked out of it. It was delicious. My only suggestion would be to trim the fat before you try eating it like a sandwich. (Indeed, I think it would be an improvement if they took care of that in the kitchen before bringing it out, but you can't have everything.)
Went today and had a delicious bbq pork sandwich with chilies and vinegar, and a side of non-creamy potato salad topped with small pieces of bacon. Portions are modest, it seemed to me, but paired with their wheat beer (yes, beer at lunch, why not?) it was a great meal. They had a couple of other sandwiches, a burger, pizzas, and a number of daily specials. It is nice to have another interesting lunch option in the area.
