I think the cake decorators are getting better at Butter-flake (in Teaneck). The are also amateur decorators in the Teaneck area, not under hashgacha, just known to the community. I would suggest posting a message on the yahoo group TeaneckShuls.
It isn't Jersey but Pittsburgh has an awesome bakery under the vaad where she makes some cakes on par with Ace of Cakes. I know they ship their bakery goods so I am guessing they can do something with a cake.
