Suggestions for Office Coffee Service?

Anyone have any opinions regarding a good vendor for coffee & brewing equipment for a small office? We're in Santa Monica, and are always struggling with consumer drip machines that fall apart after being used for six months, and interns that don't know how to measure ground coffee.

Are there any vendors, or even equipment, that are particularly good for a small office that likes "good" (fresh, well-roasted, preferably ethically sourced) coffee?

Thanks in advance.

We are a small office and get our coffee through the water people...for us it's Sparklett's. Do you have a water tank? Arrowhead and other companies offer this service too. We rent the equipment from them for a small fee (and they will replace it if it breaks). The offer the Starbuck's preground packs you just have to put in the machine with a filter. They stop by every 2 weeks to see if we need coffee so it's always fresh. I don't know the cost or if you like Starbucks.

        Farmers
Here are some...The single cup brew would probable be right for your office.
Keurig has some good offering for single serve. Farmers and Aramark can also provide single brew packets....

We have 5-6 coffee drinkers in our office, one is a coffee hound.

For years we have had a commercial bunn coffee maker. What makes this work well is we have a plastic hopper that stores the beans, then a small starbucks grinder that grinds the beans for each pot. Easy to just fill the lid from the hopper, grind, dump in the paper filter, dump some water into the bunn and you have coffee.

We source most beans from Costco but sometimes get guat's or special beans from local roasters etc.
