They were great at listening to the type of food we wanted (gourmet barbeque) and coming up with a menu that fit. They also went above and beyond in helping us manage the details of the day.. since I decided to tackle the whole event for 90 without any sort of event planner. Good luck and enjoy your day! We used Bezalel Gables and the food was brilliant. They used all local products and it tasted homemade and came out hot and presentation was beautiful.. Attention to detail and Servers were on point too. We had them up in the hayloft for cockatil hour and a sit down in a tent on our top pasture for 200 people. I was going to say you can bring up Someone from NYC but there really are a good amount of very passionate and talented caterers that work with some of the over 4000 farms in the Valley.
