Lets talk a bit about next weeks Chowdown. We are scheduled to go to Robin des Bois. This is a different type of restaurant that I strongly encourage others to try. This a not-for profit restaurant where 100 percent of the proceeds go to charity. With the exception of the chef, the staff is almost all volunteers.
I have not eaten at Robin des Bois, so I cannot comment on the food. Is seems to be bistro type fare with game meat in the winter and more fish in the summer. Can anyone chime in on the food?
I have been wanting to try this place for a while, so you know you have me in for two people.
