Best Boysenberry Jam?

I'm visiting family in Edmonton and as usual the Boysenberries are all over the markets. I don't have time to make any jam myself so who makes the best? - either commercial brands like Empress or even local farmer's market vendors?
I'd love to take a few jars back to Vancouver.

    1. I could have let this die but I have to fess up that somewhere along the line I got the idea that Boysenberries grew in the prairies! Since my family always had the Empress Boysenberry jam that I couldn't find in Vancouver I just figured that it was a local product.

I got set straight at the downtown (Edmonton) Farmer's Market Saturday when I asked the local jam maker why he didn't have any Boysenberry. Man.....did I feel dumb or what.

Saskatoon jam, now there's your good old prairie berry.
