Vietnamese sandwiches on Long Island?

I read about Nicky's Sandwich shop in the city and was wondering if there are any places on Long Island for these type of sandwiches? Hicksville or Huntington (and surrounding areas of both) are preferred.

I'm not aware of any traditional banh mi on LI, but Tel Aviv in Great Neck makes a great shwarma banh mi!
