Fresh pig's blood???
Hey all, searching for a butcher shop carrying a regular supply of pig's blood, want to make some blood pudding! Any idea's? Somewhere central-south would be best! But open to suggestions......
I wonder if you can use the 'blood cubes' available at most Chinese supermarkets? For some reason I suspect not.
If fresh, you'll need a purveyor very close to an abattoir. The shelf life would be very short.
I have seen frozen pig's blood at Soon Lee. Other Asian markets may have it.
