Decanting Burgundies- what's the general opinion?
I have to special Burgundies I am planning to drink this weekend and I'm wondering as to the general opinion of this board on decanting them, and for how long:
1. 2000 Comte Georges de Vogue Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru (a declassification of their famous Musigny Grand Cru just made from vines under 45yrs old)
2. 2002 Domaine de l'Arlot N.S.G. Clos de Forets Saint George (de l'Arlot's famous monopole)
Any thoughts?
