Mexican Food without Lard

What is the best Mexican place that DOES NOT use lard?

    Kay n Daves in Brentwood is yummy and they list all of their ingredients and very specifically state that they do not use lard.

      i can't say for certain, but i would be surprised if Loteria used lard in any of their food. it strikes me as a particularly vegetarian friendly mexican menu.
