Good place for Brunch near Columbus Circle

I'm meeting a friend for brunch (around 11:30 AM) this Sunday, and I don't know where we should go. I would like a place that's nice but not expensive (around $15 - 20 p.p.) and near Columbus Circle, or north of there on the upper west side.
