Help me be Ferran Adria!

I figured this would get more attention than my last post. And no, this is not something that will be answered with "Go to Le Sanctuaire."

I'm making this recipe tonight for 10 people http://www.recipezaar.com/Toasted-Spa...

and I need a half gallon of clam juice without breaking the bank. An 8 oz. bottle of Snow's sells for $3.20 at Safeway....other suggestions?

    Costco's delivery service has a six-pack of 46-ounce cans for $13.99. Maybe some larger Costcos stock it.

      Call Restaurant Depot to see if they have it. Possibly cheaper. You may need guest membership.I also question whether 6oz of calm juice per serving isn't overkill. With clam juice and the additional liquor from cooking the clams you think there would be enough flavor. Apologies for questioning AF.
