Good Vietnamese in the Orlando area

I have been traveling to the Orlando/Winter Park area a lot this summer and have noticed a number of Vietnamese restaurants. What's the best one?

  1. I was in the same quandary not long ago and after a little research here and looking at menus on line we settled on Lac Viet Bistro. My wife and I ordered 3 items and shared them. The two stand outs were the green mango salad which was spectacular. The duck congee was very good as well. A rice crepe dish was not what I was expecting and it's texture was more gummy than I had expected. Oh well 2 out of 3 wasn't bad. We were too full to order more but there were many things I would order on the next visit.

    1. Little Saigon in Downtown off Colonial hands down. Best Pho, Summer rolls and coffee. It's been around for years and is just the mainstay for oldtimers of the city. Really one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in general and right smack in the center of a thriving vietnamese shopping area.

      1. Lac Viet and Little Saigon are my two favorites, by far. Ba Le Bakery on Mills has the best banh mi sandwiches, though.

Your damn right on that! I so know what I'm eating tomorrow.

        2. I enjoy Pho 88 on Mills Ave the most
