Early Bird Dinner in Downtown SEA?

My parents are planning to meet some friends in downtown Seattle for a light, relatively inexpensive midweek dinner (around 6 pm). This crowd will be older (mid 70s-early 80s), so happy hour won't work: They'll need the structure of a reservation and a designated table. I know that Anthony's has a fixed price dinner special before 6 pm. Are there others?
