Birthday dinner recommendation

A buddy of mine is taking his girl out for her birthday. She doesn't eat red meat, so he's looking for a restaurant with a large seafood selection. He's looking to spend max. mid $30's for entrees.

The place I thought of was Craft, but he's looking for additional selections. He'd like to stay away from fine dining restaurants, and is looking for a more casual dinner.

I'd love to hear any recommendations anyone has.

Thanks.

Pearl Oyster Bar - but they don't take reservations
    Market Table
    10 Downing

I think John Dory would be perfect, though.

How about Tides in the LES - simple, fresh seafood in a small but impressive space.

          How about Aquagrill?
I had a really mediocre meal at John Dory recently.

            Perhaps, The John Dory?

Kellari Taverna focuses on fish and seafood.

And, btw, I think most people would consider Craft fine dining.

I guess I'm open to all suggestions. He can just decide from there.
