Many of the others snarl at the customers, are insipid and repugnant.The look on their faces is enough to give indigestion. The meal was superb and the "schlag" was the perfect topping for excellence. My problem is more with the Great Neck staff. I have had horrible interactions there which have ruined meals. The problem seems to be that the Waiters have been there too long and they feel entitled. Most receive large tips and are never happy. The place would be better if they concentrated on the customer instead of a misguided notion of 'tradition', which is a cover for taking advantage of their clientele.
