Four days in Paris - haven't been for several years

What are recommendations for:
1. all-out dinner (Jules Verne?)
2. moderate priced but delicious
3. any not-to-be-missed places, regardless of price

My personal responses (I know others would respond differently)
    1. Le Cinq, l'Arpège, La Grande Cascade, l'Ambroisie, Pierre Gagnaire, Guy Savoy, (but none of them will be in the Eiffel tower)
    2. Chez l'Ami Jean, La Régalade, Au Bon Accueil, Joséphine chez Dumonnet, Christophe, Le Chateaubriand, le Bistral, l'Auberge du Quincy
    3. All of the above, plus Wally le Saharien in the 9th, Pasta e Basta in the 13th

See pics from all of them in my Picasa gallery -- picasaweb.google.com/zejulot

Be careful that many places are closed on weekends/mondays.

I second, enthusiastically, the (2) recommendation of Chez l'Ami Jean.
