Sushi Chef for Catering

I'm looking for a sushi chef(s) to do a party I'm catering for up to 700 people. Does anybody know a good japanese place that does this?

Not sure of your location but there is a place in Hamden Ct called Sono Bana. I've used them a few times in the past for parties and they did a great job. May be worth checking out.

Not sure where you are but Sushi Lounge does a great set up for this. They have locations is Hoboken, Totowa and Morristown NJ but I have used them as far south as Bernardsville and I am sure the Hoboken location will go into NY

As I recall there's a service out of New York that does this kind of thing, they bring everything and supply the chefs. I'd try googling Sushi catering in NYC.

Sakura in Scarsdale does this type of thing often. talk to Tom or Helen. As for that matter why not just got to a local sushi joint and see if they will do it? Where is the party? Daruma in Great Neck does off-site catering and they are very good.

Where are you located? I know of someone who is a well known semi-retired sushi chef who I've asked about this and they said they would be able to do it. Depending on where you're located I could ask them about this scale and possibly pass on their information to you, etc.
