Palos Park Breakfast Meeting?

Hi Folks,
I need to set up a 9am (weekday) breakfast meeting for 4 or 5 people in Palos Park. I'm looking for a restaurant that would let them talk and linger over their breakfast and coffee without being rushed out. Nothing fancy required. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'll call my mom and get back to you - I grew up there! My dad was actually the very first village administrator. I haven't been there in a long time, though, so am not sure what to recommend.

My mom said try Lumes Pancake House - it's at 12401 S Harlem Ave in Palos Heights. Phone is [phone]. She said they have the BEST Swedish Pancakes. It isn't four star or anything, but she says she loves it.
