Ralphs, Vons, Whole Foods. It's a staple in the fresh fruit and veggie section.

The Asian grocery stores in City Heights would be an excellent source.

My bad thought you were looking for Jimaica (Hibiscus Flower). Hard not to find Jicama.

Wow, Vons? I hadn't even bothered looking, I figured no way. I'll check our Vons tonight.

              Thanks all.

Amongst many other places, I know Whole Foods has it.

Readily available all over, Mexican markets all stock it. Windmill Farms in Del Cerro always has it in a basket by the onions and potatoes. Pancho Villa on El Cajon always has it.
