Did anyone else hear this? I just heard that Tangerine is closed- they're renovating for another project.
It doesn't sound like they have another concept in mind for the space though, just "plans of reconceptualizing and reopening it as something new in the coming year".
Word on the street says Indian. I don't know though.
To be honest my one meal there was very expensive and very unmemorable (and some parts of it downright bad). The decor was easily the highlight.

I loved how the drapes along the far left wall moved as you walked passed them.
They are using the space for large parties/special events in the meantime as well (per a tweet from @StarrRestaurant)
