Went to Arias Sat night, after not having been there in a while. They have redone the interior, and it seems less pretensiuos than it was last time.We got there a little early, 6:30 hoping it would be quiet, and it was . The food was outstanding, wine was great, and service was also excellent. We started out with zucchini flowers stuffed with goat cheese, and I had foie gras--both were well prepared, and I liked my wifes better. We then had lamb chops and roasted shoulder. and slow roasted pork. Both were done perfectly, with nice light sauce--again my wifes was best, especially the roasted shoulder piece. Dessert were excellent, i had a chocalet mousse, my wife had some berries--the mousse was better.Had a NZ pinot noir, Peregrine that was perfectly matched, and tasted terrific. We had 3 glasses of wine, and cappuchino, and including tip was $150.They had a prix fix dinner for $39.It was full when we left at 8:30
