United BBQ in R.I.

After readin on here I wanted to see first hand United BBQ. It was busy at lunch, the place is very clean so I ordered the pull pork sand on a roll. It was so so dry heavy smoke taste which made it bitter. Thye use a Southern Pride Smoker which tends to dry out meats. I am glad I went and gave it a try but not again.

  1. Is there a commercial smoker that won't dry out the meat?

      Cookshack Smokers from Ponca City OK.Plus Mopping butts helps make them moist. This is R.I. not the Southwest or South for BBQ. I use a Fast Eddy Smoker its pellet fed smoker from Cookshack
