yeah, not too much asian food in northern liberties. a place called kong is set to open soon (hong kong-esque chinese comfort food), and that should help, and ken shin is good too, but other than that, the primary ethnic food is mexican. there's a very good thai restaurant a bit up spring garden (9th and spring garden if i recall) called siam lotus that is very good. other than that, i would just hit up chinatown. i would imagine most chinatown joints would deliver to nolibs, is very close. most places do takeout if they don't do delivery.
there's also hikari on liberties walk (japanese and maybe sushi?) but i haven't tried it yet. it's been there for a while so it is probably at least decent. there are also a few good places in old city, i love zento for sushi, haven't been to koi but i hear it is excellent.

Try KenShin on 3rd and Spring Garden. I just tried them for the first time two nights ago and ordered their shrimp stir fry to go, ate it at home and placed another order so I could have it again the next day for lunch at work (not in nolibs). They give you a lot of plump shrimp, the vegetables were fresh, the flavors were clean, and a nice spice heat to go with the ginger in their stir fry sauce. They deliver too. I'll never go to china house (or whatever that place is called in the plaza next to plaza pizza yuk) again as long as KenShin is close by. Oh, oddly they also serve sushi but haven't heard that's any good. I'm willing to bet that it is.
