Hi HKfoodie! Thanks for this list...I read your earlier posts and had to print out the entire thread to follow all the comments, so this is extremely helpful!! My husband and I are celebrating our one-year anniversary in Rome and Tuscany, Aug 19 - 27. We both want to experience some of the local restaurants, but knew that we were taking a chance on some/most being closed in August. I hope you have a great time and would love to read your reviews when you return!!
