Recs near Curacao Marriott / World Trade Center?

We will be staying at the Marriott in October; could anyone make any recommendations for restaurants or bars with food within walking distance, especially "local" food or seafood?

I'm particularly interested in the "sneks", which I guess are like small pubs that serve local food and drinks.

If this is the Marriott at Piscadera Bay there is nothing you can walk to offering local food.
