Restuarants out of Montreal on the Island (eg. Senneville, Montreal-Est, etc....)

Hi -

I have been to Montreal proper many times and love it but wonder if I an missing anything in the other parts of the overall island. Don't mind driving and would love to see if there are any quaint cafes, good food, etc out of town (maybe on the water...)
