Nini's is STILL the New Haven area go-to Bistro and BYOB to boot
You know, I love the summer. Many of the best restaurants are less crowded, and values abound. We're still on our run of biweekly visits to Nini's Bistro on Orange Street in New Haven. With the menu changing in large part every two weeks, it's like going to a different restaurant each visit, yet knowing a very good meal is surely in the cards. Tonights choices of Pork Medallions, Grilled Escolar, Laughing Bird Caye Shrimp and the the happy return of Lobster Mac-n-Cheese left the four of us smiling, as did the opportunity to drink a couple of bottles from our own cellars. So good, I 'll head back next week for a reprise of this menu.
