Las Vegas: Mix at the Hotel vs: Eiffel at Paris vs: Enocote at Venetian vs Fleur De Lys at Mandalay?

It seems that they are not exactly the same menu, etc, but would be grateful for any suggestrions as to where to take special businerss ot personal friends. Cost wise they each appear to be on the high side.

  1. Depends on what kind of ambiance you are looking for? Mix is known for good food, but the vibe is more hip and trendy. The Eiffel Tower has a great view, and okay food. Enoteca is the most casual of your choices being along the shops at the Venetian. Hubert Keller's Fleur de Lys is probably the most formal of your choices, and is known for their solid French fare.

      We had a very pleasant lunch at Enoteca, but it's definitely on the casual side and is situated in a very high traffic area.
