Meat pies in Baltimore vicinity?

I know this was addressed last year, but wondering if anything has changed? My husband got some really good Scottish meat pies from a shop that was closing, maybe a year or so ago?
Is there any place in the Baltimore area that sells good meat pies - besides Dangerously Delicious Pies, since I"m reading mixed reviews of their savory pies. Thanks!!

At the JFX Farmers Market (and Waverly as well) The Curry Shack makes great meat and veggie pasties. West Indian patties (made with turkey and nice and spicy) are a standout. They mix them up every week.

Obviously not "pie" sized, but really good.

The only problem with that, of course, is then you have to give The Curry Shack business! I love their spicy turkey samosas and once declared them the best food at the JFX, however I refuse to buy anything from them anymore.

I don't know whether it's that fact that I'm efficient with my time while in line, have white skin, or usually pay with a $20 bill (usually one of my first stops when I get there), but they have to be the two rudest people at the entire market!

The last time I was there, I was given lots attitude and ones as change due to the fact that I did not have a smaller bill than a 20. When someone is trying to give you money, rule #1 is to gladly accept it!

Thanks for that background gregb. The JFX Farmers Market is something of a schlep for me, so if I'm going for pies and then going to get attitude when I get there, it's not worth the time and drive. Maybe I'll have to learn how to make Jamaican meat pies myself.
