        <content>Very soft curds, smooth, very tangy.  Very likable, hoping to try their strained version next (strained through a cheesecloth to increase the density) for something with a richer texture.

      <content>surprisingly, the big mass produced yogurt brands eg rachel, total are also excellent. but the best bet for me is labneh eg from green valley.

the phd of this business is supposed to be bulgarian yogurt says a very knowledgeable friend. never had it sadly. </content>
