Taking Parents to Dinner 60s and 3rd Ave Area
Can anyone recommend a decent restaurant in the upper/mid east side area?
Something not crazy expensive but good. Family likes exotic foods, but not Indian.
A nice decor and good, decent food in the area? What are you fav spots?
Thx!!!

La cantina toscana (wild game menu; to die for).
Things such as :
Ravioli Filled With Pancetta in a Duck Ragu
Sausage Stuffed Quails Wrapped in Pancetta
Paprardelle with Wild Boar Sauce
Tuscan Spaghetti served over a Rich Squab Ragu›3 Replies -
Definitely take them to Fig & Olive on 62nd & Lexington. I took my dad there for Father's Day & he loved it. Lots of mediterranean inspired foods & flavors and a rustic yet modern decor. They also have a wide array of olive / olive oils which is pretty cool.
