Dolores Brick Chili Con Carne Recipe [moved from General Topics]

Was just at Phlippes downtown L.A. and my husband got their chili con carne as ususal. I would love to make it for him, but we keep a kosher house. Does anyone have a recipe similiar to theirs. They say that they use Dolores Chili, please help. Want to make him something special. TIA

Nu, what;s not kosher about chili? The beef can be kosher, no need for pork, no dairy products in any chili I've ever eaten, etc.

I realize that, but I am looking for a recipe similiar to it so I can make it at home. The Dolores brand is already made with non-kosher meat.
