Fresh Breakfast Sausage

Any recommendations for Manhattan butchers (or greenmarketers) that sell nice, substantial, fresh breakfast sausage?

    Esposito Pork store on 9th Avenue around 40th Street (I have not been in a long time) has very good fresh breakfast sausage.

      Fairway sells my favorite breakfast sausage in the city which I also use to make white gravy for biscuits. They are not exactly substantial, though. They're the typical 3 inch links found the country over.
