retail saffron???

where can a guy get some good saffron at a decent price within a 5 mile radius of where the 5 and the glendale freeway meet?

    I saw a bunch at local Trader Joe's at a reasonable price. Do you have one close?

      i wonder what the sourcing is for the TJ's saffron. where do they get it? i'm guessing i might pay more at india sweets and spices, but i reckon it might be better quality...

        the stuff from TJ's really isn't bad. it's a small jar with a 1-gram packet of Spanish saffron for $2.99. you certainly can't beat the price!
