I just bought some of this today and am similarly fixated. My first thought was rimming a margarita with it, but actually thought a Bloody Mary or, better yet, Bloody Caesar was a preferable application.
But then I just added some to the last of my peach puree and made a bellini and...well, I don't think I can call this a bellini anymore, but I do believe I can call it Tasty.
