Have Tajin from Mexico, now what?

I think it rimmed the non-lime margarita I had at our resort. Love the flavour. What drink does this go with?

    It coud be used for tamarind margaritas, to line the rim. Tajin is usually used to season fruit like oranges. You can sprinkle it on wedges of orange and use it as a palate cleanser after a shot of a nice mezcal.

      Good to know about palate cleanser. I think it lined the rim of my mango margarita.

        I just bought some of this today and am similarly fixated. My first thought was rimming a margarita with it, but actually thought a Bloody Mary or, better yet, Bloody Caesar was a preferable application.

        But then I just added some to the last of my peach puree and made a bellini and...well, I don't think I can call this a bellini anymore, but I do believe I can call it Tasty.

          Too funny... had my first bellini this summer in Ravenna after a game of racchettoni! Tajin to me is a hangover killer when mixed with tomato juice and whatever dog that bit you...
