Lobster tails for sure at deRoberti's, First Ave. and 10th St. As for the others, all my favorite Italian pastry places are in Brooklyn, but Manhattan hounds are likely to tell you to go to Veniero's on 11th St.--conveniently located around the corner from DeRoberti's! So you can compare.
