any ideas?

  1. What the dickens is it? Does it have just avocados and cream? Hmmm... Maybe as a garnish/topping for chilaquiles or huevos rancheros or something?

hmm- just looked at the jar, and it is called "champagne avocado cream" wonder if that means mexican style won't work? very mysterious!

    2. I make a Mexican styled dinner with it. A baked chicken breast with my littke touches of seasonings, and serve it with avocado cream sauce. Butt I make the cream sauce myself. and serve it heated. You could use it cold as well, over poached chicken breasts.
It's really pretty good and pretty fattening, and I just love it.

      1. I'm thinking use it instead of a remoulade on crabcakes
Thin it down and make a salad dressing from it
Add it to a BLT instead of -- or in addtion to -- mayo
As a topping on a dish of black beans and rice

I think your idea to use it for the crab cakes is terrific, that's a perfect combination, and I think even my sauce that I make would work very well. Great suggestion!!!
