You're right down the barge canal from Fishlips, the Grille, and Millikens Reef. All have decent seafood and casual atmosphere where you can watch the ship/boat traffic. Or try Bunky's Raw Bar on the Cocoa Beach Causeway. For a bit dressier place there's Gregory's Steak and Seafood on North Atlantic or the Mango Tree further down Atlantic past the pier near the edge of town.

You might want to take a look at the Fat Snook, at the south end of CB. A little further south in Indian Harbor Beach, Tonic is doing some interesting things with fish & other ingredients.

Izzy's Bistro in Cape Canaveral good food, nice wine selection, love the escargot in the wine, garlic cream sauce with flatbread, nice atmosphere, but not stuffy. Tuesday is Tuna Tuesday with all kinds of tuna specials. Fat Snook also very good
