Does anyone know a place where boquerones can be bought in the Boston area?

If you're referring to fresh marinated (white) anchovies, most Whole Foods have them (though you may need to hunt for them, sometimes they're in the fish department and sometimes in the olives & cheeses section), and I've seen them at Capone Foods in Union Square Somerville, though you might want to call them to check whether they have any in stock before going over there.

They usually have them at Russo's, in the dairy case on the upper right.

Sometimes they have them at Savenor's.

I've bought them at Whole Foods, Russo's, and Marty's Liquors (Newton)

If you are near the North End, both DePasquales Pasta and Mercato de Mare carry them.
