They have a good selection of beers and a good lunch menu. Food is pretty good, but service can be slow. Cafe Pinot is right at the library and I'm guessing you can get a good beer there. Pete's sat 4th and Main has a good bar and burger. Redwood on 2nd between Hill and Broadway. Very dark and surprisingly decent grub. Beer flows there too.
