Whole Suckling Pig. [MSP]

Does anyone know where I can buy/order a whole suckling pig in MSP? Or any restaurants that may serve this?

    1. aesop's table in st paul will do a whole pig, but its going to be a bit bigger than youre looking for. we got one a few years back for an event i was involved with, and it wasn't mind blowing but the effect was pretty impressive nonetheless.

your post doesnt say whether you want this cooked or to do it yourself, but we originally planned to do it ourselves until we were stymied by our host location - but in the process i did get back of the house tours of a number of university avenue butcher/grocer/asian bbq places who would have been willing to sell us whole hogs of varying sizes - you may want to check out a place like shuang hur, dragon star, or possibly even tai hoa at university and victoria.

      definitely report back.

        1. Chino Latino actually serves this. It's a special order meal they need a few days notice on. We did it for my husband's 30th birthday.
