I stayed at the monte carlo last year and wondered into Diablos and was immediately accosted by the security staff there. They were rude to my boyfriend and after a bit of haggling they let us into the main room where at 8:00pm on a saturday night they were mopping the floors. though it probably has a fun atmosphere, i would think it would be a nightmare for a bachlor party when they seem to give any guy a hard time who goes there. I was sad that I wasn't able to make it there on my recent trip to Vegas...the don't serve lunch on the weekends...and that's the only time I had to visit them. I did enjoy Burger Bar located in the hallway connecting the Luxor and the Mandalay Bay resorts. I had foie gras and an amazing black tuffle sauce on my Angus burger...best burger I've ever had! They also have yummy milkshakes spiked with booze! My sister and her BFF went to Mesa Grill's prix fixe lunch for $29 each, and had a great and relaxed three course meal.
