I read about such a place on here last year I think though I can't remember the name. Can anyone help?

Are you thinking of Kazo Kitchen in Linthicum? Unfortunately, it has closed, and I was never able to get there because they had odd hours. In Columbia, there's none that I can think of, and it's something that I think would be in high demand. I was hoping that the new Indian restaurant where California Tortilla would be set up in this style, but it turned out to be very formal, although their lunch buffet is very nice.

That's exactly what I was thinking of! That's a real bummer that they closed, it seemed like a great concept eventhough I was never able to get there either! Thanks for the info. Jason!

      ETA: Their website still exists.

If you're ever in Vienna, Adita Bistro at Maple Avenue and Beulah Road is still there and it's what I'd describe as a "Chipotle style" Indian restaurant. I do remember some discussion about it here shortly after it opened. You order at the counter, and, although they do have some items from the kitchen, the quick meal is your choice of one of several stews (curries) wrapped in nan, kind of like a Chipotle burrito.
