For some reason there was about a week stint where various programs all seemed to be focusing on factory farmed chickens. Since watching these programs, my wife now has more concern about the type of poultry we buy. I sort of took it for granted that most people aren't aware of the conditions animals raised for food live in etc.

Knowing that exposure to this information helps people question it, I was wondering if anyone has good web sources with information on the treatment of animals, or agricultural methods, food product creation and so forth, utilized in the food industry? Preferably sources that don't come attached with a vegetarian/vegan agenda (meat is murder, animals are bad for your health, NSFW images of cruelty etc.) and just straight facts and comparisons of how living and agricultural conditions affect the quality of what we eat. I'm aware of films and books that touch on these subjects - but any websites in particular, that you know of? Thanks!
