Nouveau Bistro buttoned up (PHX)

Went by Nouveau Bistro last week and it was padlocked and empty. Anyone know anything?

I know Charles Seo shuttered Zest Spirited Dining to open NB by Chandler Fashion Center and then quickly sold it, but then got it back by default when the deal somehow went south. I ate there after Seo sold it and it was pretty good, but returned once Seo had it back and it was dismal.
