banh mi, dim sum reccomendations in or near long beach?

I am in long beach and will be finished shooting around lunch time and am in the mood for dim sum (first) or a banh mi. I am willing to drive (up to 20,30 min) espec. if they happen to be near the way back to Los feliz. Anyways, I'm not from la and have not been to long beach before so looking for advice. Thanks hounds.

there's decent bahn mi at NUMBER NINE in LB and great bahn mi at BENLEY in LB on wardlow for lunch only. BENLEY is more expensive than some of the cheaper places in lil' saigon, but quality ingredients, totally worth it.

There is no dim sum in Long Beach. There is dim sum in Artesia and Lomita, but they're probably out of your way. Best shot on your way back to Los Feliz would be Sea Empress in Gardena. Take the Redondo Beach Bl. offramp from the 110 and go west. 1636 W. Redondo Beach Bl., on your left in the big shopping center.
