Birmingham Bridesmaid Luncheon

coleyas Aug 1, 2009 09:30 AM

Hi,

I'm hosting a bridesmaid luncheon in late August and would be interested to know if you have any reccomendations in the Birmingham area.

Here are the requirements:
20-23 people
$35 per person (before tax and tip)
3 (light) courses
Wine

Any insight you can provide would be fabulous!

Thank you!

Bottega Cafe sometimes books private parties in the upstairs of their next door fine-dining restaurant. You might also try The Veranda, or Cafe Dupont which has added a new room and bar. These places are located in 5 Points South and downtown. For something out on 280, there is Fleming's Steak House and there is a McCormick & Schmitt's located near the Brookwood Village mall. I'm a Southside rat, so perhaps someone else can suggest places further out.

This is totally not my area of expertise but I wanted to ask some questions and perhaps other locals can help you.

Are you thinking of renting out a space?

        What day of the week?

Are you saying that the $35 pp would include wine?

I assume you are wanting a restaurant- what area?
