Late night, veggie friendly help for Keene, Peterborough or Jaffrey?

Hey all,

NY hound in NH, at Franklin Pierce. Looking for a place that matches the following:

1) veggie friendly (but not solely veggie)
2) on the cheap side
3) kitchen open till at least 10pm.

Would prefer Jaffrey or Peterborough, but would head to Keene too. anyone?

Veggie Friendly Restaurants in the area include: Thai Garden on Main Street in Keene is open until 10 p.m., Mr. Lee and Mt. Fuji in Peterborough on Rt. 202 is open until 10:30 on the weekends and 9:30 during the week; Pearl Restaurant in Peterborough is open until 10 p.m. Fri and Sat (closed Sun) and 9 p.m. during the week (not cheap); Acqua Bistro is open until 10 p.m. (not cheap); Sunflowers Cafe on Main St. in Jaffrey is open till 9 on,, Elm City Brewery in Colony Mill in Keene is open until 11 during the week, 12 am on the weekend. The problem is finding someplace open late--Harlow's in P'bo is open til 9:00
